Workflow: [this section is still being worked on]

*open FCP
*TIP: use the contour shuttle pro
*right click, send to Soundtrack Pro audio file project
*there will be markers where your in and out points are in STP
*find a no sound area, click and drag to highlight the sample
*then go to Process, set Noise Point
*Then highlight area that you are going to be working on
*Then go to Process, Reduce noise
*turn noise only on
*Scrub the noise threshold slider until you ever so slightly hear his voice
*then unclick noise only to make sure that it sounds ok
*click the effects button to check and be sure it's ok
*then exit that window
*then go up to Process, Normalize
*set the # of DBs there
*find the highest peak and see if it is spiking or not
*then save it
*it will ask if you want to include the source audio, say yes "include source info"
*back in FCP, adjust the DBs for loudness
*Then keyframe out the breaths
